Players won’t have to wait long.
No Man’s Sky has cemented itself as one of the greatest comebacks in the history of video games.
Ahead of its initial release, the title was said to be one of the best open-world games to ever be created, with numerous possibilities allowing players to dive into dozens of hours of fun. Once No Man’s Sky launched in 2016, however, both critics and players shredded it to pieces with countless negative reviews. (It still has a 3.6 User Score on Metacritic.)
The voices of disappointment were heard by the developers at Hello Games, who have since worked on patches and free updates to fix many of the game’s issues. And they were fairly successful. The devs have finally written their wrongs.
With the debut of next-gen consoles, No Man’s Sky was quick to introduce itself again. The game released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S and X by the end of 2020. But it still hasn’t made its way to Nintendo Switch.
But luckily, Nintendo fans won’t have to wait for long. No Man’s Sky is coming to Nintendo Switch soon. In a recent announcement, it’s said that the title, along with its additional updates and DLCs, will see the daylight this summer. A specific launch date, though, has yet to be revealed by the developers.
