London bar venue Big Chill has announced Cooldown Nights, a new weekly esports event in partnership with viewing party company Cooldown.
From Sunday to Wednesday, Big Chill Kings Cross will become a destination for esports games, tournaments and gaming, with esports action broadcast on a big screen projector.
Big Chill’s Cooldown will be showing several major tournaments in the coming months, including:
• CSGO ESL Pro League Season 15: March 9th to April 10th
• Dota 2 DPC WEU Tour 2 Division 1: March 15th to April 20th
• RLCS 2021-2022 Inter Split Major: March 23rd to 27th
• Call of Duty League Major 2: March 31st to April 3rd
Viewing parties will be free to attend.

The gaming community will also be offered to ‘grab-one-and-get-one’ on all Camden beer cans. Guests can take advantage of the offer by attending the event, downloading a QR code and presenting it at the bar.
Drink and brewing company AB InBev launched Cooldown last year to help fans find viewing parties in bars. Cooldown’s mission is to connect people through esports, and Big Chill says it’s determined to provide a space for the community to meet, socialise and root for their favourite teams.

There are several gaming bars in the UK, including Platform, Meltdown, Wanyoo and more, with other events including the upcoming Format Manchester social.
The Big Chill bar was launched in 2004 as a variant of the Big Chill festival. It offers a place to grab a drink or food from Chuck Burger, as well as a mix of music, DJs and now esports. It has two locations – Kings Cross and Brick Lane.
