Bring the best bit of the console release to PC.
It's pretty much universally agreed that if you can play Cyberpunk 2077 on PC, then you absolutely should. It isn't completely bug-free, but it is the smoothest and best-looking Cyberpunk experience – especially when you don't have to contend with the console's capped framerates.
Now, thanks to a modder you can bring over the only thing PC players are missing out on – DualSense adaptive trigger functionality. Thanks to Nexus user Limai, the best part of playing on PS5 is now available to a wider audience, with certain weapons and vehicles now bringing a new layer of immersion.

Limai has extensive instructions on the mod's page for how to get it working. Once you have it set up, you'll be able to enjoy most of the features that PS5 players have had since the next-gen update last month. They haven't got it working on all weapon types just yet, but it's an impressive undertaking from a fan working with tech that typically requires an entire team to develop for.
Fan feedback has been extremely positive. One supporter says it works so well that it is worth buying a DualSense controller purely to play Cyberpunk. It's already totalling 200 unique downloads just days after release, so it seems well worth trying out if you have a decent gaming PC and a PS5 controller knocking about.
With renewed interest in Cyberpunk following the huge 1.5 update, modders are creating many new ways to play. As we reported last month, one fan has created Cyberpunk 2077 VR – before the actual developers have even expressed an interest in the idea. This also seems to have gone down a treat with fans, with many impressed with what a single modder has accomplished, not long after release at all. It remains to be seen if CD Projekt Red is planning an official VR port, but given the recent reveal of The Witcher 4, this seems quite unlikely.
