ALBION, N.Y. — Orleans County has a new gaming center now open in Albion. There’s plenty of family fun to be had at Dubby’s Tailgate. It’s packed with all your favorite tailgating games, and then some.
The Alexander family has turned a former tomato processing warehouse in Albion into a 10,000 square-foot gaming center. Rebecca Alexander and her husband Brian, five kids and new grandson Theo are all in to make it a gaming destination for all.
“We went with the ‘eatertainment’ venue,” Rebecca said. “So this is where you come to eat and you come to play and you socialize and just come here to have a good time. It’s all a one-stop shop.”

If you love bowling as much as football, the mashup game fowling is a fun sport to try. The family says Dubby’s is the only place you’ll find fowling indoors in Western New York.
“Seeing fowling and nowhere around here to do it, and the popularity of the cornhole, and again, no place to do it year-round in the area, it appealed to us to do the two together with our wood-fired pizza and a bar,” Brian said. “It’s a good combination to do them together in one spot.”

From cornhole leagues to open mic night, live music, darts and even soccerpool, Dubby’s is games, good times, good friends and good food. The new gaming center all started with the family-run Dubby’s Wood Fired Pizza. It’s a mobile pizza kitchen. Locals kept asking them to open a restaurant so that is what is going in next inside Dubby’s Tailgate. They are waiting for the delivery of a new pizza oven from Italy and plan to open the restaurant in early spring.
“Albion is where we started our mobile business, and they were just wonderful, so we decided, hey, let’s get back to the community and let’s give them something that they’ve never had,” Rebecca said.
