BLOODIOUS GAMES’ psychological horror title MADiSON finally has a release date of June 24th. MADiSON will release digitally on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC via Steam, with a physical “Possessed Edition” coming  to the PS4 and PS5. The Nintendo Switch version of the game will arrive later this Summer.
The digital version of MADiSON will set you back $29.99, while the Possessed Edition will be priced at $39.99. The latter will feature the game, an artbook, the Possessed Camera DLC (a set of five skins for your camera), and digital content such as ritual cards, the priest tapes, Blue Knees sheet music, and wallpapers. The Possessed Camera DLC will also be available separately.
MADiSON sees you playing as a girl named Luca, who wakes up locked in a dark room, with your hands covered in blood. You’ve been abducted by someone possessed by the eponymous demon MADiSON for a demonic ritual. In order to survive, you’ll need to complete the ritual, fend off demonic forces, all the while trying to determine where you are and how you got there.
Borrowing a mechanic from the Fatal Frame series, Luca has an instant camera that has you taking photos and developing them in order to solve puzzles and explore your surroundings, but also to fight off ghosts.

A few weeks back, filmmaker Shaun Meyer revealed his new film noir webseries based on the Resident Evil series of video games in CARRIER: A Raccoon City Story. The first episode of the two-season story arc, entitled “A Cold Awakening”, was supposed to be released at the start of this month, but will now premiere on April 15th at 7PM ET.
As a bonus, Meyer will be joined by the folks at Biohazard Declassified for a livestream of “A Cold Awakening” on April 15 at 5pm EST, with the expected discussion to follow. You can check out the episode’s teaser below, along with the scheduled link for the actual episode.
Taking a cue from Max Payne‘s cutscenes in style and tone, CARRIER: A Raccoon City Story is a comic book-styled fan-made Resident Evil web series starring Noah Goldberg, Pablo Kolache, and Trent Hall. The series will follow Raccoon City Police Detective Sam Othic as he investigates a series of deadly incidents coasting on the rise of aggressive criminal activity that has begun to plague the city during the winter of 1995. The series precedes the first Resident Evil game, along with the eventual destruction of Raccoon City in 1998.
