Paris Legion (PAR) (3:00 PM EST) (-248 BOS)</em></strong><br>Both teams were able to regain in their matches yesterday and <em>PAR</em> was able to get their first win against a team with a lot of promise so this match should be very interesting. <em>PAR</em> will be looking for revenge here since <em>BOS</em> defeated them 3-1 the last time these teams faced off as well. Hardpoints have been <em>PAR’s</em> weakness and was the gametype <em>BOS</em> beat them in most last time so this will be key in which team has more of a chance to succeed. The addition of tomGRVTY for <em>PAR</em> may help more based on how they performed yesterday but only time will tell. Capsidal was the most dominant in hardpoints for <em>BOS</em> with a 1.41 K/D in the previous series and more than likely will be relied on heavily to contribute most, despite regressing a bit with a .92 K/D. However, the fact that tomGRVTY was the most efficient player for <em>PAR</em> in his debut yesterday with a 1.13 K/D could be the boost that his team needed in order to help them going forward. That being said this series has potential to go back and forth and with the search and destroy records being 6-4 for <em>BOS</em> and 4-4 now for <em>PAR</em> this should give <em>BOS</em> some edge if it comes down to the wire.<br><strong><em>London Royal Ravens (LON) v.s. Toronto Ultra (TOR) (4:30 PM EST) (-145 TOR)</em></strong><br>These teams will be facing off for the first time this season and both are coming off Winner’s Round victories. Although <em>LON</em> has the respawn advantage with a 12-5 record compared to <em>TOR’s</em> 8-7 record, <em>TOR</em> made a role switch with Insight that has benefited the team more, especially in search and destroy. This will be crucial if it goes down to the wire. Both teams are currently 4-4 in search and destroy entering this match. <em>LON</em> has more firepower from the surface with a 1.10 team overall K/D and <em>TOR</em> has a 0.96 K/D overall. Insight was causing problems for <em>TOR’s</em> last matchup with the sniper in his hands and <em>TOR</em> happens to have slightly more engagements with a 5.49 versus <em>LON’s</em> 5.44. On the other hand, Nastie has been the most efficient overall with a 1.21 K/D for <em>LON </em>and everyone on <em>LON</em> has been more consistent in slaying with kill-death ratios above 1 for S&D’s while <em>TOR</em> has had only two players so far in CleanX and Insight. Therefore, this may give <em>LON</em> the opening they need to close out the series with an upset.<br><strong><em>Atlanta FaZe (ATL) v.s. OpTic Texas (OTX) (6:00 PM EST) (-150 ATL)</em></strong><br>The battle of the goliaths that many people are waiting to see with <em>OTX</em> showing signs of hitting form as they face off with the best team in the league and defending champions in <em>ATL</em> for Top 3 this weekend. These teams are neck and neck in respawns with <em>ATL</em> having a 12-4 record and <em>OTX</em> now having a 11-4 record. Therefore, search and destroy becomes even more important. <em>ATL</em> is 6-1 in search and destroy and have become one of the best in the league in this gametype but <em>OTX</em> won’t make it easy for them, despite their 5-3 record in it. Cellium’s performance can help make or break the series though as the most valuable player in the league right now with a 2.12 K/D in search and destroy which is the highest in the league currently. This puts even more pressure on the flex player from <em>OTX</em> in iLLeY who has gotten in the second most engagements on the team with 1.42 to slow down Cellium which will be a tough task. Also, despite Shottzy being the most efficient in S&D’s with a 1.29 K/D he’ll need Scump to pick up his game in this game mode because the tiny terrors in Simp and aBeZy are beginning to pick up their’s.
