The Epic Games Store gives away three freebies while confirming what its users can expect to get from it for free next week.
Every Thursday at 10:00am CT, the Epic Games Store gives its users new freebies to claim while simultaneously revealing what they can snag the following week. Usually the Epic Games Store only gives away one free game at a time, but from Thursday, March 3 at 10:00am CT until Thursday, March 10 at 10:00am CT, there are actually three freebies for fans to add to their collections.
Over the course of this next week, the Epic Games Store is giving away two free games and some content in an already free-to-play title. Right now, Epic Games Store users can claim Black Widow: Recharged and Centipede: Recharged for their digital libraries. Both games are new versions of classic arcade titles and so anyone looking for that kind of experience should be sure to claim the games while they still can.

The third freebie on the Epic Games Store from March 3 to March 10 is the Epic Slayer Kit for free-to-play Dauntless. The Epic Slayer Kit includes in-game currencies and other things for Dauntless fans to check out, giving them a decent boost in the game in the process. For those who may be unfamiliar with Dauntless, it's essentially a different take on Capcom's Monster Hunter franchise.
Epic Games Store users can claim Black Widow: Recharged, Centipede: Recharged, and the Epic Slayer Kit for Dauntless right now. They have a week to add this content to their collection, at which point Black Widow: Recharged, Centipede: Recharged, and the Dauntless Epic Slayer Kit will be replaced by the next free game, Cities: Skylines.
Cities: Skylines is a city management simulation game that will be available to Epic Games Store users for free from Thursday, March 10 at 10:00am CT until Thursday, March 17 at the same time. Cities: Skylines earned mostly positive reviews at the time of its release and should appeal to those who enjoy games like SimCity. It's one of the higher profile free games given away on the Epic Games Store, and it will be interesting to see what it's replaced with come March 17.
Epic Games has already confirmed that the Epic Games Store free games will continue throughout 2022, so there should be plenty more free games for fans to look forward to this year. Fans can also expect improvements to the Epic Games Store in general, like the recent update that gave the EGS library a facelift.
