Immortals (IMT) (3:30 PM EST) (-688 C9)
To start the slate two teams will be entering of streaks, C9 on the losing end by one game and IMT on the winning end with one. The dragon control rate is heavily in favor of C9 at 71% while IMT’s is at 31% which should make the objective more achievable for C9. Therefore, slaying will become even more crucial for each team, especially IMT. Unfortunately, they have no players above a 1 KDA in their lineup which may make it difficult for them to keep up with slaying from C9 (with players north of 1 KDA). Berserker and Blaber at the attack-damage (bot) and jungle roles with 6.8 and 4.3 KDA’s may be the cause of mayhem for the IMT squad in battles, and significant reason why C9 should win this game.
Golden Guardians (GG) v.s. Team SoloMid FTX (TSM) (4:30 PM EST) (-163 TSM)
TSM have not performed the best this season and are currently winless (0-3) as they face a seventh ranked team as of now in GG. These two teams are among the worst in the mid-lane with TSM being -29.5 in that regard while GG is -20.9. This bodes well for Ablazeolive in the mid-lane for GG to take advantage of for his team. Pridestalker should also be able to assist in the jungle role, especially having the second highest kill-participation at 62.1% on his GG team. Since TSM may end up having all their pressure on Keaiduo in mid-lane it may be a struggle for them overall since everyone else doesn’t have a high slaying capability at the moment.
100 Thieves (100) v.s. Evil Genuises (EG) (5:30 PM EST) (-115 100)
These teams are among the top of the standings at the moment with 100 being second but coming off their first loss while EG is also tied at second and looking to increase their streak off their last win. A big advantage EG has at the moment is the best mid-lane in the league at a 32.3 rating while 100 is less at 23.4. The scary part for 100 is the fact EG’s most efficient slayer isn’t even their mid-laner jojopyun which gives them more than one problem to deal with. However, 100 should have the slaying power to keep up with three players north of a 10 KDA. Closer leads the way with a 11 KDA which is the highest out of both teams in the jungle lane. Danny of EG in the bot-lane (ADC) can possibly get countered by 100’s bot laner in FBI as well (6.3 KDA versus 9.8). That being said this may be one of the closer matches on the slate and momentum will be important and 100 has that edge with a 43.2 early-game rating compared to EG’s 32.3.
FlyQuest (FLY) v.s. Team Liquid (TL) (6:30 PM EST) (-300 TL)
FLY has been the best team in the league at the moment and are currently undefeated (3-0) as they face off with the next highest winning-streak team in TL (2 games). One edge that TL has though is the jungle-rating of 52.3% over FLY’s 46.5% so FLY’s streak may be at risk here. Santorin is also among the top three kill-participators for TL so he more than likely will continue contributing, especially with the jungle rate edge. Johnsun of FLY has the slaying capability to create havoc against TL though with a 15.7 KDA in the bot-lane. The closest person to this amount of slaying is Bjergsen in the mid-lane with a 9.7 KDA so TL will definitely have to rely on accomplishing the objective as quick as possible and not letting the slaying take up the majority of the time. TL does have the first-tower rate edge of 67% compared to FLY’s 0% which should give them a slightly more chance of achieving the objective, but it should go down to the wire.
Counter Logic Gaming (CLG) v.s. Dignitas (DIG) (7:30 PM EST) (-175 DIG)
Another team among the worst in the league at the moment in CLG is currently winless (0-3) and unfortunately, will have to faceoff with one of the top teams in the standings at the moment in DIG (2-1) but on a one-game losing streak. CLG does have the second worst mid-lane rating though at -28.3 which will put them in trouble. Blue of DIG ranks among the top slayers in the league overall with a 24 KDA and is the mid-lane main for his team which will make matters worse for CLG’s biggest flaw at the moment. Since no one of CLG is anywhere near that slaying capability there should be no surprise if they are dominated in this matchup. Also, Biofrost is one of the most efficient slaying support mains in the league with a 9.7 KDA so the fact he’ll be able to assist his teammates and hold his own should make this win for DIG not that much of a struggle.
DraftKings & FanDuel LoL Esports DFS Rundown (LCS) – February 12, 2022 Cheat Sheet
FantasyCruncher is a set of tools that were developed for DFS players by DFS players.
