God of War (2018) for PC has been a great success for Sony. The game currently has an overwhelmingly positive rating on Steam. However, things are still not perfect, so the developer released another patch to address some of the technical issues.
Patch 1.0.5 finally brings a solution for the forced negative mouse acceleration. You will need to select the new Precision mouse mode in the options menu. This setting will ignore the mouse-to-camera conversion implementation. But the Precision mode shouldn’t be used with Aim Assist.
The patch fixes the DLSS Sharpening slider. When the said option is turned to zero, the DLSS Sharpening will be correctly disabled. TAA implementation is improved as well. It will not cause blurriness anymore when the Render Scale is less than 100%.
The developer also acknowledged the low-performance issue on AMD GPUs. A fix is currently in the works.
The complete patch notes are available on Steam.
