Salt and Sacrifice is an upcoming 2D Soulslike game from Ska Studios. It is a follow-up to the hit indie title, Salt and Sanctuary which originally came out in 2016. The title is considered one of the best in the genre, and the translation to 2D has never been better. Th sequel boasts more weapons, better art, and a lot of new bosses to defeat. It is coming to PC, PS4, and the PS5 this year. If you’re interested in the PC version, here are the Salt and Sacrifice System Requirements.
Salt and Sacrifice is coming to PC via Epic Games Store, PS4, and the PS5 on May 10, 2022. A Steam version hasn’t been announced yet, but given how most Epic exclusives come out on other storefronts after a year, or earlier, this will most likely be released there as well. The first one is available on Steam, as well as Epic Games Store.
To play the game on PC, you need the following specifications.
As you can see, the title isn’t demanding in the least. It should be able to run very well on a wide variety of setups, and even if your PC is a decade old at this point, you’ll be fine. Salt and Sacrifice looks far better than the original, but it’s still not a technically demanding title. This will allow a wide variety of audience to enjoy the experience.
We’re all still playing Elden Ring, but in a few months, another Soulslike title is waiting, and hopefully one that can improve on its predecssor.
For now, the title is only coming to PC via the Epic Games Store. You can add it to your wishlist at the following link.
While you are here, make sure to check out the requirements for some other upcoming titles like Thymesia, Lies of P, and Persona 4 Arena.
