The ROCCAT Burst Pro gaming mouse arrived more than a year ago, but it’s never too late for a wireless version of a good wired mouse. The wireless version, unsurprisingly named Burst Pro Air, is now up for pre-order and its global launch is scheduled for April 26.
With the same symmetrical and ergonomic shape that ROCCAT used for the Burst Pro, the Air variant comes with the ROCCAT Owl-Eye optical sensor, which is based on the PixArt PAW3370. Its list of technical figures read a 19K DPI resolution and a 400 IPS tracking speed, while the Titan optical switches deliver a 0.2 ms actuation speed and a life span of at least 70 million clicks (tested to 100 million).
RGB fans will enjoy the four LED zones of the ROCCAT Burst Pro Air, which can be configured as desired thank’s to the AIMO RGB lighting engine. In terms of connectivity, the gamers can choose between a low-latency gaming-grade 2.4 GHz connection and a multi-purpose Bluetooth 5.2 approach.
The battery life can go up to 100 hours on a single charge, and a 10-minute fast charge session using the included Phantom Flex USB-C cable provides up to 5 hours of autonomy.
