Apple is said to be preparing to launch the first Macs powered by the company’s new M2 series processors, including next-gen MacBook Pro laptops with 14 and 16 inch displays, a new MacBook Air, and a Mac Mini. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the first Mac Pro based on Apple Silicon is also on the way, and it’s expected to pack an M2 Ultra processor.
In other recent tech news from around the web, a popular script that folks have been using to sideload the Google Play Store onto Windows 11 PCs turns out to also install malware, single-board PC maker Khadas has begun sending samples of the Khadas VIM4 to developers, and it appears that Google’s long-rumored Pixel Watch could be ready to launch soon.
Apple is reportedly doing internal tests on “at least nine new Macs with four different M2-based chips,” including new MacBook Air and Pro models, a Mac Mini, and the anticipated Mac Pro with an M2 Ultra. https://t.co/paboCPcctz

In one of the strangest moves from a smartphone maker that doesn’t specialize in ostentatious “luxury” goods, Vivo’s X Note Aerospace Edition is a special version of the $1000+ phone that comes with a pendent featuring a scrap of a lunar meteorite. https://t.co/7Qpcv8lzqg

Pixel Watch Code-named Rohan. I hope it comes with a dedicated timer app so you can mark precisely how long it takes until the children at Google get bored and abandon the thing.
It will have an ambient light sensor so it can tell when the fires are lit and Gondor calls for aid!
