Invstr will also assist with the Knights MBK City of Champions programme, a community initiative improving the digital and financial literacy of participants.
Matt Roche, Director of Business Development at Knights, spoke on the deal: “I’m excited to welcome Invstr as our new champion partner. As a valued partner, they will be supporting our teams, our events, our community initiatives, and exclusive content to provide new areas for Knights fans to engage with our talent and our brand.
“Together, we will also be building new ways for hardcore gamers to take Knights Arena tournament winnings and reinvest that through stocks or crypto.”
The deal marks Invstr’s first foray into the esports space. The app becomes the 11th partner of the organisation, joining the likes of peripherals brand HyperX, PNC Bank and online eyewear retailer Zenni Gaming.

Kerim Derhalli, Founder and CEO of Invstr, also commented: “Esports and investing have been two incredibly high-growth activities among young people in recent years. By partnering with the Knights – proud organisers of MBK City of Champions digital and financial literacy community programme and one of the premier esports organisations – we’re enabling more young people to learn and become smart investors and take charge of their financial futures.”
Esports Insider says: With esports and crypto industries continuing to cross paths, Invstr entering the industry with Knights is an interesting way to test the waters. For Knights, the partnership will benefit numerous areas including its range of community projects.
