The new and upgraded versions of Grand Theft Auto V for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S are only days away from release. Rockstar Games announced its plans to open its doors once again to enable players to migrate their GTA Online progress to next-generation platforms, with PC unfortunately being absent in the migration platform category.
GTA Online users on PC often struggle to play due to online cheaters interfering with their gameplay experience, people who cheat gain so much power to cause disruption to players. These disruptions can include in most cases, DDoS attacks as cheaters can view anyone’s IP address through a mod menu. Throughout the years, Rockstar hasn’t taken many actions against online cheating, only very little action is pursued via the company’s legal team.
Many players in the GTA Online community had high hopes to transfer their PC progress to either PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S due to both platforms having very tight security to prevent any form of online cheating.
So I guess us PC players that wanna jump ship due to hackers can just go fuck ourselves then

Lots of content creators can hardly play GTA Online on PC because their fans and trolls can easily locate their Social Club ID in order to gain access to the said creator’s online lobby – which often ruins the creator’s livesteam. This problem has even happened to an official Rockstar livestream, once in a 2020 livesteam featuring Danny Brown, it was a terrible time for Rockstar and the livesteam had to finish early due to this one major issue.
If Rockstar isn’t going to keep improving upon the cheating issue, let PC players transfer their hard-earned progress to the console versions so they can have to play the game without anyone ruining it for them. The company has announced the new console versions will feature a new 60FPS graphics mode across all the new versions, so it would be a huge win for PC players if Rockstar allows this.
Rockstar, if you’re listening please do the right thing and let PC players migrate their progress to PC.

Hell fucking no. I don’t want to see massive level 8000s filling rooms on consoles. I worked hard getting to level 1500 on ps5 don’t want hackers transferring account over they will just end up selling accounts.
