In case the GPU isn’t overclocked, reduce the graphics settings or use MSI Afterburner and start reducing the GPU clock by 50 MHz. If by 200 MHz the crashes aren’t fixed, then revert all changes. You can try capping the game’s max FPS to fix the in-game crash.
If your current target is unlocked FPS, limit the game to 60 FPS. In case 60 FPS is your current target, then cap the game to 30 FPS. Open Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3d Settings > Program Settings > select Elex 2. Enable Max FPS Limit and set a value for it and hit apply. Limiting the game’s max FPS reduces CPU and GPU load and will fix the in-game crash.
Elex 2 PC players are reporting that the game is crashing at startup or not starting at all and here is how to fix it. Before we start with the fixes, make sure you are using 64-Bit Windows 10 as the game doesn’t support 32-bit OS or any old operating systems.

Disable real-time protection of your anti-virus or exclude Elex 2’s folder from the anti-virus, I recommend the latter. After that, verify game files and the issue will be fixed.
