KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — State gaming regulators are inviting members of the public to comment on a slot machine license renewal bid by Valley Forge Casino Resort during a hearing this spring.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board announced that it is holding a public hearing on April 27 at the Upper Merion Township Building beginning at 10:30 a.m. to address the renewal of the slot machine operator license for Category 3 licensee Valley Forge Convention Center Partner, LLC, which operates the Valley Forge Casino Resort in Montgomery County.
Members of the public, local officials and representatives from community organizations are welcome to either speak publicly or submit written testimony during the public hearing, taking place at 175 West Valley Forge Road in King of Prussia.
Those who wish to provide testimony during the hearing can visit the Gaming Control Board’s website to learn more about the registration process.
A listing of all those from the public who have registered to speak during the hearing will be posted to the board’s website beginning one week prior to the hearing and will be updated daily during the week leading up to the meeting, according to the board.

Casino’s putting in for license renewal must have an initial public hearing before the Gaming Control Board and then a second, separate public hearing at the state capitol in Harrisburg where casino representatives will have the opportunity to offer evidence and oral arguments.
